Key Sustainability Information for Your Stay
We have implemented eco-friendly practises throughout our hotel, and there are many ways you can join our mission for a sustainable stay.
Linen and Towel change
As part of our commitment to conserve water, towels will only be replaced if left on the floor. Bed linen will be refreshed every three days unless you request otherwise. We also have water-efficient taps, showers, and toilets.

Keycards
As part of our commitment to save energy, the lights in your room are controlled by the keycard. We have energy efficient systems and appliances throughout the hotel.

Recycling
We recycle all waste left in rooms by sorting it into recycling categories. We recycle the majority of our waste, and all non-recyclable waste goes to energy recovery instead of landfill.
Please help our housekeeping team by not putting any liquids or food in your bins, unless they are carefully wrapped. These items can contaminate recyclable waste, making it difficult for our cleaners to separate it for recycling.
Drinking Water
The complimentary water in your room is provided in glass bottles, to avoid plastic, and is provided by an eco-certified supplier. Tap water is also perfectly safe to drink.

Amenities
All amenities in your room are sourced from sustainable suppliers and we have eliminated single use plastics from all guest rooms. Toiletries are in refillable dispensers to reduce single-use plastic, bathroom amenities have biodegradable materials and packaging, and many mini-bar items are from local companies using natural ingredients.
Sustainable Transport
When you ask us for a taxi or car service, we will always try to get you an electric or low emissions one. Our concierge can also help you find other sustainable transport options.
Join the mission by trying out sustainable ways of getting around such as renting bicycles, walking, or the tube. They are quicker than cars too.
