Each year, Chelsea Flower Show signals the arrival of summer in London \u2014 a moment when the city shifts into light, colour and seasonal expression.<\/p>\n

At Montcalm Mayfair, this moment marks the launch of Into the Garden \u2014 a signature afternoon tea served at Lilli by Akira Back, introduced during Chelsea Flower Show season and continuing throughout the year.<\/p>\n

Part of Montcalm Mayfair\u2019s Autograph Moment, The Garden, the experience is inspired by Georgian garden heritage and the idea of nature as cultural expression.<\/p>\n

At its heart is Constance Spry, one of the most influential figures in British floral design and hospitality, whose collaboration with Rosemary Hume led to the creation of Coronation Chicken, first served at the 1953 Coronation luncheon for Queen Elizabeth II.<\/p>\n

This legacy of creativity, invention and hospitality continues to shape the experience today.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n \n
