The Drawing Room presents a collection of artworks inspired by the spirit of the Salon. Curated by Culture A in collaboration with Georgie Gerrish of Gerrish Fine Art—a multi-generational gallery and dealer based in Marylebone—the space showcases both contemporary works and treasures drawn from the gallery’s extensive archive. Among them are special edition prints by Joan Miró, Hans Hartung, Jean Arp, and Gordon House.
Complementing these are original paintings by London artist Will Foster, installed above each bed and reflecting the changing seasons. Above the bedside table, guests encounter signature sleep poems, illustrated by Swedish artist Petra Börner. Commissioned through a Call to Writers run in partnership with Goldsmiths, University of London’s MA Creative Writing programme, the poems were written by Josh Geffin and Ese Erheriene, bringing a lyrical dimension to the suite’s atmosphere.
